Marsden Park Strategic Town Centre

Blacktown City Council has designated a Strategic Town Centre for Marsden Park, intended to become the commercial and civic heart of the area as population grows. The site is currently zoned for town centre uses but remains largely undeveloped, awaiting infrastructure investment and development applications.

The planned town centre will provide: - Major retail and commercial floor space - Civic facilities including a library and community hub - Medical and health services precinct - Hospitality and dining options - Public plaza and open space - Integration with future public transport

The town centre's timing is closely linked to the delivery of the Marsden Park Metro Station and the broader population growth from surrounding residential precincts. Council has been working with private developers and state agencies to coordinate investment and infrastructure delivery.

This will be a key destination for residents of Marsden Park, Melonba, and surrounding growth area suburbs when complete.
