Our Purpose
Marsden Park Hub is an independent community website providing local information for residents of Marsden Park, Melonba, Elara, and surrounding suburbs in the Blacktown City Council area.
We bring together information about local schools, businesses, parks, transport, community events, and upcoming development projects — making it easier for residents to find what they need without searching multiple sources.
Marsden Park and Melonba are among Sydney's fastest-growing communities, with a current population of approximately 8,000+ in Melonba alone (as of February 2026) and projections of significant growth to 2041 and beyond. Our goal is to serve this growing community with accurate, up-to-date local information.

Marsden Park (NSW 2765) and Melonba are suburbs in the Blacktown City Council local government area, located in Sydney's North West Growth Area. The area is part of the broader Elara, Northbourne, Newpark, and Melonba estate developments that have transformed what was predominantly rural land into a thriving residential community.
The community is diverse, young, and rapidly growing. With major infrastructure investments planned including schools, a future metro station, road upgrades, and a strategic town centre, Marsden Park and Melonba are expected to continue growing substantially through to 2041 and beyond.
