Melonba Primary School

As the Melonba residential precinct grows, the NSW Department of Education has planned a new primary school to serve local families. The school will have capacity for approximately 1,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Melonba is a new release area adjacent to Marsden Park, and like other growth area suburbs, requires new schools to accommodate the large number of school-aged children expected to move to the area over the coming years.

The planned school will provide: - Modern K-6 classrooms and specialist spaces - Playground and recreational facilities - Outdoor learning environments - Community access arrangements for sports facilities outside school hours

Delivery is subject to NSW Government funding and the rate of population growth in the Melonba precinct. Parents are encouraged to check with the Department of Education for the latest information on enrolment zones and opening timelines.
